ABOUT me

I started dancing at just three years old, competing in ballroom and training across multiple dance styles until I was 16. But behind the sparkly costumes, my teenage years were a struggle. I was underweight, over-exercising, and under-fuelling my body - convinced that less was the answer.

 

At 17, I walked into a gym for the first time and, like many people, fell into the cardio trap, believing it was the key to my ‘dream bod.’ Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

 

Everything changed when I ventured into the weights section. Within months, my body and mindset started to transform.

 

 I discovered strength training… and I fell in love with lifting weights.

 

Over the last decade, that journey has shaped not only my own transformation but the way I coach others. I’ve helped countless women build strength, confidence, and results they once thought were out of reach.

 

I train because I love how it makes me feel - strong, empowered, and grounded both mentally and physically. There’s nothing quite like the buzz of lifting something you once thought was impossible.

 

My approach to health and fitness is simple: no bullshit, no extremes, just smart training, proper fuel, and real support. And I promise - I’ll always be your biggest cheerleader.

Face-face sessions in my private studio - a tailored training program based around you and your goals. No queuing for gym quipment, worrying about who's watching or feeling too inimitadted to try new things!

Mobile training

Sessions outdoors or in the comfort of your own home if you're not keen on a busy gym. No more excuses to not do it now eh?!
